Who You Actually Talk To
Many people think a referral site means talking to a call center agent who handles the whole job. That is not how this works. When you reach out, your request is routed to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who answers your questions and does the work.
We do not list staff here because the people helping you are the providers themselves. They run their own businesses.
What Happens After You Reach Out
First, you describe the problem. Mention the pest, where you see it, and how long it has been going on. Photos or notes help.
Next, your request goes to a provider who serves your area. They may call, text, or email to learn more. Some will offer a visit to inspect. Timing varies by provider, and many can respond quickly, but we cannot promise it. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions make for good decisions. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured in my state?
- What pest do you think this is, and why?
- What will the treatment involve, step by step?
- Is there a written quote? What does it include?
- Will there be follow-up visits?
- Are the products safe for kids and pets?
- What can I do to help prevent a return?
If you have a wildlife problem or need bed bug treatment, ask whether they handle it themselves. Some providers focus on certain pests.
You Are in Control
A request does not lock you into anything. You can compare quotes, ask for a second opinion, or decide to wait. Costs vary a lot by home size and pest, so always get the price in writing before work begins.
If something does not feel right, say so. A good provider will explain things plainly.
